Upper Yosemite Falls as seen from Cooks Meadow in Yosemite National Park, California. At this time of year the sun sits very low in the horizon casting much of the valley floor in shadows throughout the day. This can either be very frustrating or very dramatic depending upon the time of day. Unfortunately we go there a little late so this shot is kind of touristy but I rather like the mist on the field.
