I haven’t been posting much lately because I’ve been busy doing a LOT of printing and hanging of my photos around the house. I realized that all these pictures go to waste if they just sit on a Hard Drive. Plus I realized that many of my family photos make great Christmas presents so I’ve been printing more than I’ve been posting lately.
This is a collage of pictures I did of my daughter Tristen. I couldn’t decide which picture I wanted to hang so I decided to put them all together into one big picture. Initially I was going to print out one big 8×10 and then several 4×6 photos and collage them by hand. Then I realized I might as well do it all in one print to save on printing and create more depth with some shadowing. I printed it out at 12×16 on my Epson Stylus 1280 printer and framed it. The idea was to create an engaging collage of photos with the black background as the matte.
