Capture Date/Time: October 4 2004 Another shot from the Vatican Museum in Rome, Italy for those who haven’t ever made their way over the big pond to Europe. I posted the smaller pictures below the main image to give a little perspective as to what exactly the picture is of (aside from what appears to be a picture surrounded by engravings). In one of the many decorated hallways in the Museum there is one particular hallway which is ornately decorated along the entire ceiling with paintings and engravings along with ancient rugs depicting historical events hanging from the walls. It is really like some big jigsaw puzzle of artwork connecting perfectly together all the way down the hallway. The artwork in the museum is truly inspiring having seen it first hand. |
