Yosemite National Park, California. In 2004 parts of Yosemite were infested by forest fires. While driving through one of these areas I had my father in-law pull off to the side of the road as we were leaving the park. Quite beautiful even though all of the trees and land in the foreground are charred black and covered in ash.
